The Global Legal Network holds its annual meeting on 27-28 October 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia. The focus will be on “Impacts of Legal Risks on Effectiveness of EU Law”, covering several issues affecting EU integration, including but not limited to the Brexit consequences on different fields of law.
The GLN was founded in November 2014 and published its first book; Legal Risks in EU Law, in April 2016 (available here). The book presents concrete solutions for managing the legal risks distorting the development of various areas of EU law. The network will take once again an innovative approach to analysing the development of EU law focusing on the way legal risks affect the effectiveness of communitarian law.
